Shape the 90% Design for the Cogswell District at the upcoming charrette sessions

We are holding a series of sessions asking for your input on the design of public spaces and urban design rules for new buildings in the Cogswell District. Your feedback will help guide the final design.

What is a design charrette and how does it work?

A design charrette is a series of detailed workshops focused on specific elements of the Cogswell District design plan. We will be creatively generating design ideas, discussing options, and setting priorities.

What sessions should I attend?

You may attend any or all of the sessions, depending on how much time you can commit and what topics you are most interested in. Registration is required for the site visit and the design sessions.

The kick-off session (Monday) will be a larger workshop that will provide ideas and priorities for public space and urban design rules for new buildings in the Cogswell District.

The design sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday) will be smaller groups that will delve deep into specific elements of the design plan and identify opportunities and priorities.

The expo (Friday) is a drop-in session to view the design work created by the charrette participants and provide additional comments.
